I used to do some tailoring from home for a little money. I was a house wife and I didn’t really speak with other people. I was silent and depressed. Now, at KOCO, I feel free and speak with everyone.
I love knitting. I did not know how to do it before I joined. In my training the leader encouraged by work and that was the best feeling.
My husband is now helping with the house work now because it helps me get to work on time. Before working, I alone was doing all the cooking and cleaning. Having help at home is a nice change and teaches our children some equality.
With the money I am earning we are paying for my two children’s education.
If I met a person wearing a garment made by me I would be so glad because I could see my work making someone else happy.
