The best thing about learning to knit and working with KOCO is earning lots of new friends. I was a house wife before joining. This is my first job. Before, I was feeling lonely and tired. Now I feel happy and active. Everyone here is so lovely and kind with helping each other learn.

I feel so important in my family because it is not only my husband earning. I am able to contribute to our family expenses, like clothing, medical and private school fees. I can also buy the ingredients to cook my children’s favourite dish, mushroom briyani, whenever I want!

If I saw someone wearing something made by me I would feel so proud because my work is making people look beautiful and is helping our company to sell garments.
