I worked in a textile showroom in for four years before joining KOCO.
What I love most about working at KOCO is the ladies. I have earned lots of sisters here. I’m learning to be a responsible person, my sisters at KOCO advise me a lot.
When I was a child a dreamed of becoming a police officer, but my family’s financial situation meant I had to stop going to school when I was 13 years old.
I very much enjoy knitting, especially rib work.
Earning my own income means I can give money to my parents so they can have some rest and make payments for expenses. I like having the freedom to contribute to my family in this way.
If I saw someone wearing a jumper I made I would say, ‘you are looking so beautiful in this handknit garment.’
