Before I joined KOCO I was a home maker. Now I and working I have a dream to travel and meet our customers so I can ask how they feel about our work.
I feel so proud I am earning money myself and can fulfil my children’s needs without expecting my husband to pay for everything. We can now pay off our debts. We can meet the expenses for five people living under our roof. I am more respected in my family.
I have learned so much, apart from knitting. I am learning to be punctual, organised and co-operative because everything we do has an impact on all the people in our company.
The best moment for me since I started working here was when my swatch was chosen as the best one to start a new order for a new client. It meant I had finished my first training and could work on a full garment. I was so proud.
